Whenever I teach about Chinese Reflexology in my online courses or in my book, Sole Guidance, I always emphasize how important it is to let go of negative emotions. They’re at the root of disharmony and disease in the body because holding negativity creates an area of blocked or stagnant qi (life force energy).
After learning this, people often ask me, “How do I release these negative emotions?”
My new show, The Holly Tse Podcast, helps you clear away blocks and negativity so that you have more ease and flow in your life, and more ease and flow of qi in your body.
The irony is that I had to release negative emotions and clear blocked energy in order for me to do this.
Students in my Sole Fundamentals and Sole Mastery programs have known that I’ve been planning on launching a Dragon Spirit podcast. I’ve been thinking about it for over a year, so why did it take so long?
Well, if you’re in a place of transition and wondering what’s next, I’m sure you can relate. There’s a direction that your soul is calling you, but it’s scary. I have no other excuse except for fear.
Sometimes people think that people who are famous authors, bloggers, etc. or who reach large audiences are immune from fear. That’s simply not true. Anyone who pretends that they’re fearless is either lying to themselves or lying to you.
When you are pursuing your soul’s calling, there’s LOTS OF FEAR.
When I first started this blog, I was very fearful. I was scared of being seen. I felt vulnerable. I thought people would think I was a quack. I was afraid I was exposing my family to potential harm.
As the blog grew and I reached more and more people online, the early fears were replaced with different fears. Last year, 20,000 people signed up to hear me speak online through a partnership with the Shift Network. I had to do live video. Was that scary? Yeah, for sure!!! But now I take it in stride.
Fear is your partner whenever you stretch your wings. You simply don’t know for sure if you’re going to be able to fly to the next level—or crash and burn. This is perfectly normal.
You can choose to let fear hold you back, in which case it grows and magnifies. It messes up your qi, your health, and the flow of your life. And that’s why I created this podcast. It’s more than Dragon Spirit. This podcast helps you express your brilliance with ease and flow. When you see and acknowledge your brilliance, when you share your voice, there is much more ease and flow, and that translates into BETTER HEALTH and vitality.
Simply say, “Fear, I see you.” and then head straight towards it. It might take a little while to move past the fear. (Haha, I should speak as it has taken me more than a “little” while to launch my podcast.) But when you face fear head on, then you CAN release it. And you can go in incremental steps. No need to pull the band-aid off all at once.
With Chinese Reflexology, I had a thousands-of-years-old healing modality that I could “hide” behind. With Dragon Spirit, my ego created it to perpetuate the illusion of a thin veil of “separation”. With the Holly Tse Podcast, there is no separation. It’s me sharing what I know to be true—the most elemental “secrets” to my “success” and living a life of health, happiness and love. It’s about being honest, authentic and transparent—which I have always tried to be in my blog.
You deserve the truth. When you’re following your soul’s calling, you need the truth—not a watered down or obfuscated version (hehe, I finally used the word obfuscated in a blog post).
It is NOT a cake walk to follow your heart and express your brilliance. Why? It’s not because the world is conspiring against you, or that you will butt heads with others who don’t share your views, or that people will think you’re weird. It’s because you’ll struggle within yourself. Accept this, and you’ll actually find the world and the universe will FLOW WITH YOU. It’s actually easier to acknowledge your brilliance than to resist it.
Simply do something to move through the fear. Take action. And it may take you awhile, especially for those projects or ideas closest to your heart, but that’s okay. You will eventually see it through to completion.
And on that note, here’s a selection of episodes from my podcast that are particularly beneficial for your health and vitality to welcome more ease and flow into your life:
Facing a major decision in life and agonizing over the “right” choice? Here’s how to easily and effortlessly choose the most expansive path. This episode includes a short meditation to help you tune in to your intuition and follow your soul’s calling. If you find it hard to meditate because your mind is always spinning, this Dragon Spirit meditation will let you find your center and create a space of stillness.
Finding stillness by realizing it’s always there surrounding you.
Fear of the unknown can sabotage success. When your subconscious mind resists change, you’ll find yourself taking two steps forward and one step back. Learn how to embrace change so that you can move forward and express your brilliance with ease and flow.
A powerful meditation to connect with qi and Mother Earth for healing, unconditional love, and clarity on knowing what’s next for your creative endeavors.
Get your qi (life force energy) flowing for health and vitality with this deep relaxation meditation. We’ll go deeper than most stress relief meditations to invigorate your body, mind, heart and spirit.
I’ll be releasing a new episode weekly. You’ll find the entire catalogue of episodes on my podcast website, HollyTse.com, and also on iTunes. Check Apple’s Podcasts on your iPhone or iPad, and search for “Holly Tse”. If you enjoy the show, please subscribe on the Podcasts or iTunes app, leave a review, share with friends, or all of the above. It really helps get the word out on my podcast. As a full-time mom, I could use all the help I can get to share my voice.
Hoping you’ll share yours too. Thanks!
Lots of Love and Light,
It occurred to me the other day—you could call it an aha moment—that there aren’t very many stories on my blog about people who have used Chinese Reflexology for self-healing. Sure, there are A LOT of instructional articles, but where’s the human element? (Other than me, of course!) So I’m starting a new series called,Continue Reading
It’s been one year since my book, Sole Guidance: Ancient Secrets of Chinese Reflexology to Heal the Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit, was released. People are often curious about what’s it like to be a Hay House author. What does it feel like? How has being a published author changed my life? And, what’s happenedContinue Reading
One of the biggest energy blocks and disrupters in our society is the work that we do. Too often, people feel stuck in jobs that suck the life from their souls. Or if they are following their heart, they don’t know how to transform that into a viable way to earn a living. I knowContinue Reading
If you’re reading this, I gotcha! You know that your heart is calling you to seek adventure, pursue your passions, and follow your soul purpose. I often talk about how important it is to do what you love because it has a direct bearing on your health and vitality. And when I say “do whatContinue Reading
Two years in the making, and it’s finally here. My new book, Sole Guidance, was officially released TODAY!!! Today, I should be working on getting the word out on my book. Unlike the golden age of publishing, these days book promotion is primarily the author’s responsibility. I’m lucky because my publisher, Hay House, is muchContinue Reading
Readers have been eagerly anticipating my new book and asking, “When will it be available?” So I thought I’d give you a quick update. Right now—literally right now—I am working on the final FINAL edit for the book. Yes, it really is the final edit before the book goes to the printer, so this isContinue Reading
It seems fitting to make the first post of the year one of reflection, while also looking towards the future. Almost five years have passed since I first began this blog. When I first started writing, I was afraid to share my knowledge with the world. I was afraid of being visible, vulnerable, and consideredContinue Reading
