The most powerful gift you can give yourself is abundant flowing qi. Qi is the life force energy that powers your body. It gives you life. And when qi is flowing freely, that’s when your body can heal itself best.
This was an impromptu, spontaneous, and fun event for me to connect with fans of my blog. Watch the video to get your qi flowing. You’ll learn some surprisingly fun ways to get your qi flowing—and if you follow along, you’ll actually get your qi flowing!
I know, it sounds counterintuitive, doesn’t it? Sit and watch a video to get your qi moving and flowing?
Trust me! Your energy WILL be flowing. Even the most serious of you will crack a smile.
After the event my husband asked me, “How did it go?”
With a big smirk, I replied, “I made a total fool of myself. It was great! :)”
P.S. A reader emailed me later noting that she counted only four things to get your qi flowing in the video. Number 5 is come up with your own. There’s plenty of creative inspiration and foolery in this video to get ideas flowing too!
P.P.S. Since this event happened a few weeks ago, the magical way to “turn $1 into $4” is no longer available. However, you can still join the Dragon Spirit Coloring Club for free here.
